It is always hard for me to stay in shape over the holiday season. If you have, like me, divulged yourself in the debauchery of tantalizing sugary sweets for the last few weeks, don’t feel bad.
Simply let it go and pick up where you left off.
The holidays are now in the past and don’t need to affect the present.
The first step is to kill those cravings.
I keep 90% dark chocolate close by. Its pretty healthy and doesn’t leave me wanting more. Find your dark chocolate, make sure to exercise and enjoy the renew that the New Year brings.
